2021 CHINAPLAS just ended on April 16th. Although the number of foreign visitors to the exhibition was obviously lower than in previous years due to Covid-19, however, the enthusiasm of domestic audiences and exhibitors remained unabated, and there was a continuous stream of people going to the booths.
In the exhibition, Techmation took "Towards Digital Factory" as the theme, fully displaying the plastic processing industry walking towards intelligent manufacturing.
The new generation of control system, built on the core technology SA Studio (Smart Automation Studio) software platform, conforms to the IEC 61131-3 standard, and supports the control module of the PLCopen standard.
It is the basis for the realization of "Industry 4.0" in plastic processing and draws lots of attention.
The structure of "One machine with One manipulator in One system" perfectly integrates the hardware such as Techmation's high-end control system of plastic machines (SANDALⅡ), the high-end manipulator control system (THUJA), and the auxiliary equipment integration system. Each unit can be well integrated with real time data exchange and convenient management, which are essential tools for the digitization of injection molding factories in the future.
The connection of the injection molding machine was demonstrated with a solution called "Networked Bee" (also called "little bee") , by which the real-time information of the factory could be gained.
For the first time, the high-power inverter of our Italian brand, which is well known as "EEI" , is applied in electric plasticizing. It satisfies the demand of plastic machinery industry for the solutions of electric storage, with high efficiency, high stability and low noise.
In the "Tech Talk" activity held at the same time of the exhibition, Dr. Maa, the general manager of Techmation Robotics and South China Division, delivered a keynote speech entitled "Towards Digital Factory-Smart Solutions for Plastic Injection Molding Machine" on behalf of Techmation.
With rich experience, forward-looking technical layout, and solid technology, Techmation shared its thoughts on promotion of the realization of national intelligent manufacturing strategy from the macro technology development trend under the background of Industry 4.0, combing with the consideration of the status of injection molding industry in China. It also shared, as an industry leader, the way to seize the opportunity.
